At Findels & Boo, we're a small family-run business and we take real care packing every order — whether it's a beautifully scented candle or a gorgeous wax melt. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your goodies to you.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail.

Carrier-calculated rates apply to candles, wax melts, and glass pot candles due to their weight and fragile nature — you'll always see the exact cost before you confirm your order.

🌍 EU Delivery

We ship to Europe via Standard International. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

⏱️ Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving them. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

📦 Fragile Items & Special Handling

Our candles and glass pot candles are packed with extra care to make sure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

🔍 Order Tracking

Tracking is available on request — just get in touch after placing your order and we'll do our best to provide updates on your delivery.
