Candle Care

To ensure a beautiful, even burn from the first light to the final glow, please follow these simple guidelines:

1. The First Burn Matters
Allow the candle to burn until the entire surface has melted to the edges of the vessel. This usually takes around 2–3 hours and helps prevent tunnelling, ensuring an even burn throughout the life of your candle.

2. Burn Mindfully
Always place your candle in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts and direct airflow. Extinguish the flame gently using a snuffer or by carefully blowing it out.

3. Trim the Wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 4mm, removing only the excess soot from the previous burn. This helps maintain a steady flame, promotes an even melt pool and prevents the candle from burning too quickly.

4. Burn Safely
Discontinue use when around 10mm of wax remains at the base of the vessel. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

With proper care, your candle will burn cleanly, evenly and beautifully.
